Xenoblade Chronicles 3’s story expansion is launching next week
Future Redeemed is the fourth wave of DLC in the game’s Expansion Pass
Nintendo will release Xenoblade Chronicles 3’s story expansion next week.
Future Redeemed, which is the fourth and final wave of DLC included in the game’s Expansion Pass, will arrive on April 25.
Like the game’s previous DLC, the original story scenario is available exclusively via the Expansion Pass, which costs $29.99/£26.99.
The first wave of DLC, which arrived alongside the game last July, included a selection of helpful items and outfit colour variants.
The second wave, which was released late last year, included Challenge Battle mode, a new hero character and quests, plus new outfits.
The third wave, which arrived earlier this year, also included Challenge Battle content, a new hero character and quests, and new outfits.
VGC’s 5-star Xenoblade Chronicles 3 review said the game features Monolith soft’s largest – and most story-stuffed – world yet.
“Xenoblade Chronicles 3 delivers a massive world, and more than enough story and character to fill it, combined with the series’ most reactive combat system to date,” our review concluded. “While certainly a monster commitment, Aionios is an incredible place to live for a month or two.”
