Xbox’s Black Friday deals include $50 off select Series X/S consoles
Microsoft has discounted over 1,000 Xbox games for Black Friday
Microsoft has launched Xbox’s Black Friday 2024 deals online.
On the hardware front, players can save $50 on the standard Xbox Series X console through November 23.
The same discount will be applied to the standard Xbox Series S console from November 21 through December 2.
Select Xbox wireless controllers will be discounted by $10 from November 21 until December 2, and from December 13-22.
On the software front, Microsoft said over 1,000 games have been discounted until December 2, with savings of up to 55% on Xbox titles and up to 60% on PC games.
In interviews conducted last week, Microsoft’s head of gaming said Xbox “will definitely do more consoles in the future”, and that it’s working on handheld prototypes.
Phil Spencer also said he wouldn’t rule out any first-party game coming to PS5 or Switch in the future.
Nintendo of Europe has launched its Black Friday sale online too. It includes discounts on over 2,000 games, according to the company.
Nintendo of America recently revealed a range of upcoming Black Friday deals, which are expected to go live later this week.
And PlayStation’s Black Friday deals have seemingly leaked early, including significant price cuts for the base PlayStation 5 and PlayStation VR2 headset.
