Xbox Series X is on sale for Black Friday
US players can get $150 off the total cost of an Xbox All Access subscription
The Xbox Series X has been discounted by some retailers as part of their Black Friday promotions.
Microsoft‘s flagship console has rarely been sold for lower than full price since it launched two years ago, meaning any discount is considered notable.
In the UK, Very is currently selling the console for £429.99, which is £20 cheaper than the usual £449.99 price.
It’s also selling the Series X bundled with a second black Xbox Wireless Controller for £464.98, a total saving of £40.
Elsewhere, the BT Shop is selling the console for £439 (a saving of £10), or £469 with a controller (a saving of £35.98).
In the US, the only current major Xbox Series X deal is at Verizon, which is offering a 18% discount on the Xbox All Access subscription service.
All Access usually sees subscribers paying $34.99 a month for 24 months for an Xbox Series X and 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (a total price of $839.76).
The current discount sees subscribers only paying $28.74 a month for 24 months, making the total price $689.76, a total saving of $150.

While Xbox Series X discounts are relatively few and far between, the Xbox Series S has been seeing sizeable discounts across a number of retailers.
Microsoft itself has knocked $50 off the price of the console in the US and $60 off in Canada, bringing the price to $249 in the US and $319 in Canada (down from $299 and £379 respectively).
It then followed this by also cutting the price of the Xbox Series S in the UK, dropping the price from £249.99 to just £189.99, a reduction of £60.
