Xbox Game Pass adding Outer Wilds, Void Bastards
Metal Gear Survive, Superhot, The Banner Saga, Dead by Daylight also coming
Microsoft has announced eight upcoming additions to the Xbox Game Pass catalogue.
Metal Gear Survive and The Banner Saga will be added to the subscription service on May 23.
They’ll be followed by Void Bastards on May 29, and Outer Wilds and Dead by Daylight on May 30.
Full Metal Furies, The Banner Saga 2 and Superhot will arrive on Xbox Game Pass on June 6.
Launched in mid-2017, Xbox Games Pass offers unlimited access to around 200 Xbox One and Xbox 360 games, including new first-party titles when they launch, for $9.99/£7.99 per month.
While new titles are added to Xbox Game Pass each month, existing ones are also removed from the service on a regular basis.
ID@Xbox’s European lead Agostino Simonetta recently told VGC Microsoft plans to make “a lot” of announcements regarding independent games coming day and date to Xbox Game Pass.
Last month, Microsoft announced Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Launching later this year, it’ll combine Xbox Game Pass with Xbox Live Gold membership in one subscription package.
May’s free games for Xbox Live Gold subscribers include Marooners, The Golf Club 2 and Comic Jumper.
