WipEout Collection and Sniper Elite 4 are August’s PlayStation Plus games
Titles will be free to download for subscribers next week
Sony has announced August’s free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
WipEout Omega Collection and Sniper Elite 4 will be free to download from Tuesday August 6.
Consisting of WipEout 2048, WipEout HD and the HD Fury expansion, Wipeout Omega Collection is normally priced at $19.99 / £29.99 on the PlayStation Store.
World War 2 shooter Sniper Elite 4 normally costs $59.99 / £47.99.
July’s PlayStation Plus games, Detroit: Become Human Digital Deluxe Edition and Horizon Chase Turbo, will remain free to download for subscribers until Monday August 5.
Sony claimed this week that PS4 has shipped 100 million units since launching in November 2013, reportedly reaching the milestone faster than any other console.
It also said that as of June 2019, PlayStation Plus had 36.2 million subscribers.
