Watch Again: State of Play shows off 11 upcoming PS5 and PS4 games
Deathloop, Death Stranding and Lost Judgment are among the games shown
Sony has just aired its latest State of Play presentation.
The 30-minute show featured a total of 11 games, most of which were indie titles, and can be watched above.
The main highlight was nearly 10 minutes of new Deathloop gameplay footage, showing some of the tricks and abilities players can use as they try to assassinate eight targets in a world where death simply means starting the same day all over again.
The presentation also showed a new trailer for Death Stranding: Director’s Cut, which introduced a number of new features including advanced melee combat and new delivery tools including a cargo cannon and a robot buddy.
The Death Stranding: Director’s Cut release date was also officially confirmed as September 24.
Other notable highlights included new footage of stylish fighting game Sifu, a new cinematic trailer from Sega‘s upcoming Yakuza spin-off sequel Lost Judgment and a new trailer for the planet exploring game Jett: The Far Shore.
A single PlayStation VR game was also shown – Moss Book II, a sequel to the 2018 VR adventure game Moss which stars a small mouse called Quill who explores a fantasy land with the player to try to save her uncle.
