Video: We explain all 15 Game Boy and GBA games available now on Switch Online
Our 22-minute video shows every game in action and explains their significance
Nintendo has added Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance games to Switch Online service, after many months of players requesting that it do so.
There are currently nine Game Boy and Game Boy Color games available via a Switch Online subscription, and a further six Game Boy Advance games available through its Expansion Pack tier.
Because some of these games are nearly 35 years old, some players may not be familiar with all 15 titles currently available.
In order to address this, we’ve put together this comprehensive video in which we show all 15 games in action while explaining what each game is and why its presence in the collection is warranted:
The Game Boy and Game Boy Color games currently available (and therefore featured in the video) are:
- Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare
- Game & Watch Gallery 3
- Gargoyle’s Quest
- Kirby’s Dream Land
- Link’s Awakening DX
- Metroid II: Return of Samus
- Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins

- Wario Land 3
