Ubisoft has detailed Watch Dogs Legion’s post-launch roadmap, including the addition of multiplayer this year and new single-player content in 2021.
The game’s online modes will arrive as part of a free update on December 3.
They will include free-roam open-world co-op for up to four players, new co-op missions for two to four players, four-player co-op Tactical Ops missions, and Spiderbot Arena, a free-for-all deathmatch mode for four to eight players.
Single-player content will be released in 2021, including new characters with fresh abilities, extra missions and a New Game Plus mode.
Players who buy the Watch Dogs: Legion Season Pass will also get access to a story expansion called Bloodline, which includes Aiden Pearce from the original Watch Dogs and Wrench from Watch Dogs 2, plus two newly revealed characters: Assassin’s Creed heroine Darcy and transhuman Mina, who has the power of mind control.
