Latest update

The game has now been officially announced.

The Outlast Trials is coming to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One on March 5, 2024.

The game has been a PC exclusive since it was released in early access in 2023.

It would appear that the Xbox version is set to be revealed during The Game Awards 2023. It’s not clear if it will be announced for any other systems.

Red Barrels invites you to experience mind-numbing terror, this time with friends,” the game’s description reads on the store.

“Whether you go through the trials alone or in teams, if you survive long enough and complete the therapy, Murkoff will happily let you leave… but will you be the same?

According to the store listing, the game is set for release on March 5, and players can pre-order the game to get a Legendary Grizzly Hazmat outfit.

The Outlast Trials is the third game in the Outlast series, and is set before the events of the first two games.

The game suppports co-op for up to four players, but can also be played solo, and focuses on a group of people being used as test subjects during a Cold War experiment.
