It includes the NES versions of Metal Gear and Snake’s Revenge

The recently announced Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 is coming to Nintendo Switch.
A new trailer for the title (viewable below), which was previously slated for a fall / autumn launch, has confirmed an October 24 release date for the title, which is now available to pre-order physically and digitally.
The title will also be released for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC on the same date, priced at $59.99 / £49.99.
Konami has announced that Metal Gear (NES/FC version) and Snake’s Revenge will be included in the collection too.
The collection will therefore include the following titles:
- Metal Gear
- Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake
- Metal Gear Solid
- Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
- Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
- Metal Gear (NES/FC version)
- Snake’s Revenge
As well as the seven games, Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Volume 1 will also include the Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 2 digital graphic novels.
It will also include further additional content, including screenplay books and master books with story and character information, strategy guides for each game and a digital soundtrack.
The collection will be released on Switch on October 24, with pre-orders available today. The three Metal Gear Solid games will also be available to purchase separately.
When it initially announced the Master Collection, Konami also officially revealed a Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater remake for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. This will not, however, be coming to Switch.
