The latest Starfield video explores the game’s music and sound design

Bethesda Game Studios has released a new Starfield behind the scenes video, which is viewable below.

Titled ‘Sound of Adventure’, the almost seven-minute developer diary takes a dive into the music and sound design of the upcoming sci-fi RPG.

It features insight from Bethesda Game Studios audio director Mark Lampert and Starfield composer Inon Zur.

“Listen as they discuss Lampert and Zur’s artistic process, how the score affects a player’s experience and the search for answers that is at the heart of Starfield’s music,” reads the video description.

The new video is the third in a series called ‘Into the Starfield’. In the first video, ‘The Endless Pursuit’, Bethesda developers discuss how the game is more grounded and realistic than the studio’s fantasy titles, but still capable of providing awe inspiring moments.

And in ‘Made for Wanderers’, developers discuss the process of creating realistic playable characters and NPCs, as well as the different factions players can join.

Game director Todd Howard said in November that Bethesda could be expected to offer the next major Starfield reveal this summer ahead of the game’s late 2022 release.

Bethesda parent company Microsoft will reportedly hold its regular E3-style Xbox games showcase in June.
