The Epic Games Store’s next free title has been revealed

Next week’s free Epic Games Store title has been revealed.

Platform adventure game Stick it to The Man! will replace Tycoon sim Railway Empire and narrative adventure Where the Water Tastes Like Wine, which are now free to download until September 17 at 11am ET/8am PT/4pm BST.

Developed by Zoink and published by Ripstone, the PC version of Stick it to The Man! has a Metascore of 79 on review aggregation site Metacritic, based on seven reviews.

According to the official blurb: “Hard hat tester, Ray, has a bizarre accident and wakes up with a giant pink spaghetti arm sticking out of his brain! With his awesome new powers he can read minds and change the world with stickers but he’s on the run for a crime he didn’t commit.”

The free games promotion, which launched alongside the Epic Games Store in December 2018, will run throughout 2020.

The Epic Games Store recently added mod support and began rolling out its achievements system.

According to the Epic Games Store development roadmap, features “up next” include the introduction of an algorithmically driven trending category, and bundles that dynamically adjust their pricing based on whether players already own parts of the bundle.
