The Epic Games Store’s next free title has been announced
Pikuniku will replace RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition
Next week’s free Epic Games Store title has been revealed.
Puzzle-exploration game Pikuniku will replace RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition from Frontier Developments, which normally costs £14.99 but is currently free to download until October 1 at 11am ET/8am PT/4pm BST.
“Pikuniku is an absurdly wonderful puzzle-exploration game that takes place in a strange but playful world where not everything is as happy as it seems,” according to publisher Devolver Digital.
“Help peculiar characters overcome struggles, uncover a deep state conspiracy, and start a fun little revolution in this delightful dystopian adventure!”
Developer by Sectordub, the PC version of Pikuniku has a Metascore of 74 on review aggregation site Metacritic, based on 13 reviews.
The free games promotion, which launched alongside the Epic Games Store in December 2018, will run throughout 2020.
Rocket League adopted a free-to-play model on all platforms this week following its move from Steam to the Epic Games Store.
The Epic Games Store version comes with a $10/£10 coupon until October 23 at 11am ET/4pm UK.
