Summer Game Fest schedule: Your complete 2023 guide
All the dates and live stream times for every Summer Game Fest presentation
Our Summer Game Fest schedule will help you keep track of all the video game news and announcements planned for the coming week.
E3 might have been cancelled yet again, but there’s still plenty to be excited about in Los Angeles during the month of June.
That includes the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase, Ubisoft Forward and the big Summer Game Fest 2023 opening showcase, all of which will be streamed live and covered immediately here on VGC, in addition to our on-the-ground reporting from the events themselves.
There’s no Nintendo Direct this year, but there are still a lot of other live streams to tune in to, which is why we’ve put together this complete Summer Game Fest schedule for the upcoming week.
It’s worth noting that not all of the streams are officially part of ‘Summer Game Fest’, but they’re close enough that we’ve included them here.

Host and producer Geoff Keighley recently said Summer Game Fest 2023 will feature content from over 40 publishers, including PlayStation and Xbox.
Titles featured at last year’s Summer Game Fest showcase included Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Street Fighter 6, The Callisto Protocol, Gotham Knights and The Last of Us Part 1.
On the format of this year’s live show, Keighley added: “Whereas The Game Awards is very much straight trailer, trailer, trailer, announcement, announcement, announcement, I think Summer Game Fest has a chance to talk to the developers and showcase games and give a little bit more context around games. We’re not giving out awards in the show. It really is just kind of a showcase of games.”

The theme for 2023 is “the return of Volvy”, the company’s “beloved video game mascot”, who will seemingly be hosting the show.
Last year’s event was hosted by ‘Mecha Suda 51’, a robot with a TV screen displaying the No More Heroes creator.
