Steam sets another concurrent user record at 36.29 million

Steam set another all-time record for concurrent players on Sunday.

According to tracking platform SteamDB, some 36.29 million users were using Steam, with around a third of these users actively in-game. This beats the previous record set just a week earlier, which was 35 million.

This weekend Valve launched Steam‘s Spring Sale. Running until March 21 at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 5pm GMT, the promotion includes discounts on thousands of games, according to the company.
