Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga gets Mandalorian and Bad Batch DLC
Two new Lego character packs are now available
Warner Bros. Games has released two new character DLC packs for Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
‘The Mandalorian Season 2 Character Pack’ includes Ahsoka Tano, Boba Fett, Bo Katan, Fennec Shand and Moff Gideon, while the ‘Star Wars: The Bad Batch Character Pack’ includes Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, Crosshair and Echo.
The new DLC packs cost $2.99/£2.49 standalone and are also included with the $14.99/£11.99 Character Collection Pack.
While the base game includes over 300 unlockable characters from across all nine Skywalker Saga films, the Character Collection Pack adds faces from beyond the three trilogies, including characters from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and Solo: A Star Wars Story.
The latest DLC has been released to coincide with May 4’s ‘Star Wars Day’ celebrations. As is tradition, a wide variety of Star Wars Day sales for games are now live, with heavy discounts available. VGC has put together a list of almost 100 discounts, arranged by platform.
Star Wars: The Skywalker released in April and smashed launch records for all previous Lego console games, according to Warner.
Skywalker Saga sold through some 3.2 million units globally in its first two weeks, and exceeded sales records across “across every platform, region, and edition” for Lego console games.
The figures represented the first indication of how well the game had performed globally. Previously, GfK data suggested that The Skywalker Saga recorded the biggest UK launch for a Lego game to date.
