Sony has released a new Gran Turismo 7 TV advert
Polyphony’s racer hits PS5 and PS4 next week
Sony Interactive Entertainment has released a new Gran Turismo 7 television advert, which you can watch below.
Following a delay from 2021, the highly anticipated racing game is scheduled to hit PS5 and PS4 next Friday, March 4.
The Gran Turismo review embargo is March 2 at 3.01am PT / 6.01am ET / 11.01am GMT.
Polyphony Digital CEO Kazunori Yamauchi has claimed “GT7 is both the culmination of the series which answers the expectations of GT fans throughout the years, and at the same time it is a title that marks a beginning of a difficult mission to contain the full breadth of car culture from the past into a single video game.”
A recent Gran Turismo 7 presentation featured over 30 minutes of new PS5 footage and gameplay details.

Earlier this month, Sony revealed Gran Turismo Sophy, which is being billed as a breakthrough project in AI.
Using deep reinforcement learning techniques and trained with PlayStation’s cloud gaming infrastructure for massive scale training, GT Sophy is an AI agent that has gained the ability to compete with and outrace some of the world’s top Gran Turismo Sport players.
Sony has said it plans to explore how to integrate GT Sophy into future Gran Turismo games.
