Sony has launched its Black Friday sale, including 25% off PlayStation Plus

Sony Interactive Entertainment has kicked off its Black Friday sale with a range of discounts on digital and physical products.

As previously leaked, the headline offer is 25% off the price of PlayStation Plus 12-month subscription plans. Existing members can also save 25% if they upgrade to the Premium or Extra tiers.

The PlayStation Store’s digital game sale includes discounts on over 550 products.

Amazon UK has a deal which can be used to get up to 36% off the price of PlayStation Plus subscriptions, bettering Sony’s official Black Friday discounts.

PlayStation Direct is also offering up to 65% off physical products in the US and up to 55% off in the UK.

Deals include PS5 DualSense Controllers for $49.99 / £44.99 (normally $74.99 / £64.99) and a DualSense controller and FIFA 23 bundle for £84.99 (normally £99.99).

UK retailer Argos is currently running a special offer which bundles a PS5 DualSense controller with a copy of Horizon Forbidden West for £45.

PlayStation’s Black Friday promotions are available until November 28.

Microsoft launched its Black Friday gaming deals on Thursday, including a $50 reduction on the price of Xbox Series S.

On its digital game stores, the company said over 900 console titles and 200 PC games have been discounted by up to 67%.
