Some of March 2023’s PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games have been revealed

Sony has confirmed some of the games that will be coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue in March 2023.

The Game Catalogue, which can be accessed by players subscribed to the Extra or Premium tiers of PlayStation Plus, will see a number of new high-profile additions next month.

According to Sony, next month’s titles will include:

Of the five games announced, Tchia is the only one that’s a brand new title. The open-world sandbox adventure game is inspired by the development studio’s homeland of New Caledonia, and will be available on PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on day one.

February’s PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium titles, which were just added on Tuesday, include Horizon Forbidden West, The Quarry, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and Scarlet Nexus.

These are joined by three PS1 Classics titles – The Legend of Dragoon, Wild Arms 2 and Harvest Moon: Back to Nature.

Sony has also announced the three PlayStation Plus Essential games that subscribers will be able to claim in March.

Battlefield 2042, Minecraft Dungeons and CodeVein will be ‘free’ to claim for subscribers of all three PlayStation Plus tiers, and will remain in their library for as long as they continue to subscribe to PlayStation Plus.

Once their membership ends, they’ll no longer be able to play these games unless they resubscribe.

Sony recently announced that the PlayStation Plus Collection will be pulled in May. Launched in 2020, the collection includes 19 PS4 games which PlayStation Plus subscribers can claim and play on PS5 at no extra charge.
