Riders Republic has launched a free 4-hour trial

Ubisoft has launched a free trial for Riders Republic which lets players try the first four hours of the game.

Available until October 27, the trial is accessible on all platforms the game is due to be released on – PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC and Stadia.

Users will be able to play through the first four hours of the game, and any progress they make will carry over should they decide to buy the full version.

Players can also take part in a special ‘Mad Challenge’ which is taking place throughout the trial week.

By playing through the tutorial and earning 20 stars players will unlock the challenge. Any player who signs up for the challenge and then finishes in the top 10 in a mass race event will be entered into a prize draw.

One winner will get a custom-made bike and a Gold Edition copy of the game, while 100 runners-up will get a Gold Edition of the game.

Riders Republic is an extreme sports game which lets players roam a large open world featuring American national parks Bryce Canyon, Yosemite Valley and Mammoth Mountain.

Activities in the game include biking, skiing, snowboarding and wingsuit flying. There are also mass race events which enable 64 players to compete in a series of three races with points earned depending on where they place.

The game was originally scheduled for release in February 2021, before being delayed to September and more recently to October 28, when Ubisoft also delayed Rainbow Six Extraction to January 2022.
