PS5 Black Friday deals cut the console’s price to £360 in the UK

UK retailers are dropping the PS5 price as part of their Black Friday deals.

The cost of the standard PS5 fell to a historic low of £379 last week, but its price has now dropped even further as Black Friday (November 24) approaches.

At the time of publishing, UK retailer ShopTo is selling the disc PS5 for £359.85 via its eBay outlet, which is the cheapest we’ve ever seen it.

Sony’s Black Friday promotion started last week. It includes offers on hardware, games and subscriptions across PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, PlayStation Gear and participating retailers.

PS5 has been dominating UK console sales over the past year, and in particular the last six months.

According to GfK data published on GamesIndustry.biz, PS5 accounted for 43% of total console sales over the 12 months ended in October 2023.

And in the past six months, PS5 accounted for over half (51%) of all UK console sales.
