Portal: Companion Collection is coming to Nintendo Switch
Portal and Portal 2 bundle will cost $20 / £20 later this year
A collection of Portal and Portal 2 has been revealed for Nintendo Switch.
Announced during a Nintendo Direct presentation on Wednesday, Portal: Companion Collection sees both games arrive on a Nintendo console for the first time.
The collection will cost $19.99 / £19.99 and be released in 2022.
Portal, which originally appeared as part of Valve‘s The Orange Box, is a groundbreaking puzzle game that sees the player navigate through environments by opening and closing portals that they can walk through.
The game also leverages a darkly humorous narrative as players adventure and puzzle their way through the mysterious Aperture Science Laboratories.
Both games were praised for incredible puzzle design and captivating stories. Vocal performances, most notably from Ellen McLain as the psychotic AI GLaDOS, earned huge acclaim.
Portal 2 supports local, online and split-screen multiplayer modes.
