Pokémon Center Japan launching Night Arcade merch line inspired by Celadon Game Corner
The new line will be available on Thursday
Pokémon Center stores in Japan are launching a new line of merchandise inspired by the Celadon Game Corner.
The new Night Arcade line includes new clothing, plush, lunch boxes, and other accessories, featuring the Celadon Game Corner theming.
It’s currently unknown if the line will make its way to Pokémon Centers in the US and the UK. The Pokémon featured in the promotional material for the line include Abra, Pinsir, Persian, Dratini, Diglet, Clefairy, Scyther, and Porygon.
The new line will go on sale on September 19 at 10 AM. The Pokémon Center Japan also recently announced that it would begin selling a life-size Porygon plush, which measured 2ft 6 inches in height.
The plush, which will ship in March 2025, costs £429.99.
The next game in the Pokémon franchise, Pokémon Legends Z-A, was announced earlier this year.
The game, which will be the second Pokémon Legends game following Pokémon Legends Arceus, was revealed during a Pokémon Presents showcase last month.
Set for release in 2025, Pokémon Legends Z-A will see players revisit the Kalos region and Lumoise City.
To celebrate the return to the Kalos region, The Pokemon Company has released the latest update to its Sitting Cuties line of plush toys. This line plans to include a plush of every Pokémon .
There are currently 1025 Pokemon across 9 generations. The latest release in the Sitting Cuties line added the Pokemon from generation 6’s games, Pokémon X and Y.
