@AskPS_UK Hi I just bought Stray for the PS5 and it isn't appearing in my playstation library to download. I have an email receipt saying I've bought it and the game came out today so I'm a little confused.

Thank you :)
PlayStation Store is down so users can’t download Stray, MultiVersus or PS Plus games
UPDATE: Sony says all services are now up and running again
The PlayStation Store is currently down, coinciding with Tuesday’s release of the highly anticipated Stray and the launch of the MultiVersus open beta.
According to the official PlayStation Network service status page, PlayStation Store, account management, and gaming and social features are all currently “experiencing issues”.
Over the past hour PlayStation UK’s official Twitter support account has been fielding queries from multiple users asking why they’re unable to access online services or download games purchased from Sony’s marketplace.
Update
All services are now up and running again, according to the PlayStation Network service status page.

As well as today being Stray’s release date, early access to the MultiVersus open beta went live at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BST.
Tuesday also saw the first PlayStation Plus refresh for the service’s Extra and Premium tiers.
15 new games have been made available for PS Plus Extra and Premium members to download today including Stray, Marvel’s Avengers, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, five Assassin’s Creed titles and two Saints Row ones.
Premium members can also download three additional PSP titles today as part of the service’s expanded ‘Classics’ line-up: Echoshift, No Heroes Allowed! and LocoRoco.
“We’re doing some maintenance on PlayStation Network right now,” reads an on-console message one Twitter user received and shared online. “Please try again later.”
A new, free seven-day PlayStation Plus membership trial could also be putting additional strain on the PlayStation Network.
Earlier today it also emerged that a quirk in the PlayStation Store means PS5 players who already own Final Fantasy VII Remake are having difficulties claiming the Intergrade bundle which has been newly added to PS Plus Extra.
