PlayStation Store has launched its January Sale, with ‘savings of up to 75%’
The marketplace’s “biggest promotion of the year” includes discounts on thousands of titles
Sony has launched PlayStation Store’s January Sale.
According to the platform holder, players can save up to 75% on games and DLC in its largest promotion of 2022.
Over 3,000 products have been discounted including high-profile games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, FIFA 23, Elden Ring, Horizon Forbidden West and Gotham Knights.
The sale is running until January 6, with the line-up of discounted products set to be refreshed on January 4.
Until December 23, Sony is also offering new or returning PlayStation Plus members up to 50% off 12-month subscriptions. The deal isn’t available to existing members.
December’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Classics titles were released on Tuesday.
This month’s additions include WWE 2K22, several Far Cry and Yakuza games, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor and Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, Ridge Racer 2, Heavenly Sword, Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus and Pinball Heroes.
Sony recently launched PlayStation Wrap-Up 2022, which lets users see their most played games, as well as other stats about their year on PlayStation.
The website follows the likes of Spotify Wrapped and Apple Music Replay which collate users’ most listened-to music into easily shareable images, which are popular across social media every December.
