PlayStation Now adds Metro Exodus and Dishonored 2
Nascar Heat 4 also joins the subscription service
Metro Exodus is the headline addition to the PlayStation Now library in June.
Subscribers can now download and stream 4A Games’ post-apocalyptic FPS until November 30, 2020.
June’s other PlayStation Now games are Dishonored 2 and Nascar Heat 4.
The subscription service’s software library includes more than 300 PS4 and PS2 titles which can be downloaded and played on a PS4 console, and over 700 PS2, PS3 and PS4 games streamable to PS4 or PC.
Sony slashed PlayStation Now prices in October 2019 in a bid to be more competitive with rival streaming services. It also began adding “blockbuster” games each month, which are available for a limited time.
Control and Shadow of the Tomb Raider hit PlayStation Now in March, Spider-Man and Just Cause 4 were added in April, and Rainbow Six Siege and The Evil Within 2 joined in May.
Sony CEO Kenichiro Yoshida recently said PlayStation Now had over 2.2 million subscribers as of April 2020—up from one million in October 2019.
June’s PlayStation Plus games, Call of Duty: WWII and Star Wars Battlefront 2, are now available to download at no extra cost for subscribers until July 6.
