Peaky Blinders: Mastermind hits consoles and PC in August
Puzzle-adventure title is the first video game based on the TV show
Curve Digital will release Peaky Blinders: Mastermind for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC on August 20.
It’s priced at $24.99/€24.99/£19.99, although you can currently get a 20% discount if you pre-order it on Xbox One and Steam.
The first game based on the Peaky Blinders series is a puzzle-adventure titled developed by indie studio FuturLab in collaboration with the TV show’s creators.
In a story set immediately before the events of the show’s first season, players will be tasked with foiling a plot to bring down the Shelby family’s criminal enterprise.
According to the official blurb: “Players must plan and enact strategies by taking direct control of key members of the Shelby family simultaneously over the same timeline, moving characters into position at exactly the right moment in order to navigate challenging scenarios.”
“Players will be able to freely set and rewind each character’s path in order to tune all of their actions for perfect coordination, tactically utilising characters and stealth to solve increasingly complex puzzles.”
