One of Diablo 4’s rarest items has been found

One of Diablo 4‘s rarest items has reportedly been found.

Diablo 4 features a select number of legendary items that have an incredibly small chance to drop, far smaller than that of traditional legendary items.

These include the Harlequin Crest, an item touted by Activision Blizzard as one of the most difficult to find in the game. Now, it appears that it’s been found for the first time.

Twitter user @NanamIzumi233 asked Adam Fletcher, Diablo 4’s global community director if the drop was legitimate. Fletcher confirmed that the drop is in fact real and that the first Harlequin Crest has now been found.

While it’s yet to be confirmed what circumstances cause the rare item to drop, it’s been speculated that players have to be at least level 90 in order for it to appear.

The Harlequin Crest is one of several ultra-rare items that have a vanishingly small chance of appearing, most of which have yet to be found by the player base.

VGC’s 5-star Diablo 4 review said the game sees Blizzard back on top form.

“Diablo 4’s always-online requirement is a shame, and a few of the classes are somewhat slow to kick into high gear, but we’re only able to muster minor complaints for what is easily a game-of-the-year frontrunner, and Blizzard’s best game since Diablo 3.”
