Nintendo has announced a new Indie World stream planned for Wednesday.
The latest in its series of indie-focused presentations will take place on August 11 at 9am PT / 12PM ET / 5pm UK time.
According to Nintendo, the stream will include “roughly 20 minutes of information on upcoming indie games heading to Nintendo Switch.”
The presentation can be viewed on Nintendo’s YouTube channel, or can be watched in the embed above once it’s live.
Nintendo’s last Indie World showcase aired in April 2021, and featured 21 indie games during its 20 minute runtime.
Highlights of the presentation included The House of the Dead Remake, Oxenfree II: Lost Signals and OlliOlli World, all of which were confirmed to be releasing on Nintendo’s console in 2021.
Other titles announced for Switch at the event and scheduled for release on the console this year include Road 96, Hindsight and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge.
This new Indie World showcase will be the first multi-game presentation held by Nintendo since its E3 2021 Nintendo Direct.
This focused mainly on first-party releases, like Metroid Dread, WarioWare: Get it Together, Mario Party Superstars, Advance Wars 1+2 Boot Camp and Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2.
It also showcased some third-party titles including Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania, Guardians of the Galaxy and Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water.
