Golden Sun is the latest game to have its soundtrack added to the Nintendo Music app.
The app, which was released in October 2024, lets Nintendo Switch Online members listen to a selection of soundtracks from Nintendo games.
The soundtrack to cult favourite Game Boy Advance RPG Golden Sun is the 38th soundtrack to be added to the app.
The Golden Sun soundtrack contains 54 tracks with a total running time of 1 hour 56 minutes, but many of these tracks can be extended to 15, 30 or 60 minutes via an Extend To… option in the app.
Nintendo has said it will continue to add more music to the app as time goes on. At the time of writing, thanks to the addition of Golden Sun, it now has 38 soundtracks with a total running time of more than 93 hours.
The current list of available soundtracks spans almost the entirety of Nintendo’s home video game history, with soundtracks for games released on NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, Switch, Game Boy, GBA and Nintendo DS.
Highlights include the soundtracks for the Donkey Kong Country trilogy, Star Fox 64, Metroid Prime, the Wii Channels, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Pikmin 4 and Splatoon 2 and 3.
Golden Sun is the second GBA game to be added to the app, joining the soundtrack for Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade.
