A new Pac-Man battle royale game has been announced and a Stadia demo is available now
Humankind and Immortals Fenyx Rising demos are also coming to Stadia this week
Bandai Namco has announced Pac-Man Mega Tunnel Battle, a 64-player battle royale game for Stadia.
A free demo of the game (Stadia subscription not required) is now available until October 27, ahead of its release on November 17 priced at $19.99.
Developed by Heavy Iron Studios to coincide with the franchise’s 40th anniversary this year, Mega Tunnel Battle is set across an interconnected grid of Pac-Man mazes in which up to 64 players vie to be the last man standing.
It also includes a Spectator Mode which lets viewers have an influence on the game’s power-ups.

Google says Pac-Man Mega Tunnel Battle’s reveal is part of three days of Stadia game announcements, which also includes the news that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be released for the platform on November 24.
Stadia will launch exclusive Humankind (October 21) and Immortals Fenyx Rising (October 22) demos this week too.
The Immortals Fenyx Rising demo will feature an “entirely unique” island exclusive to the Stadia trial.
Google introduced a Stadia price cut in June, just seven months after the platform’s November 2019 launch.
