A new Amazon Prime sale event has been announced for October
Two-day ‘Prime Early Access Sale’ promises “hundreds of thousands of deals”
Amazon has announced a new two-day shopping event for Prime members in October.
The ‘Prime Early Access Sale’ will begin on October 11 at 12am PT / 3am ET / 8am BST and run for 48 hours.
Promising early access to “hundreds of thousands of deals”, it will be available in 15 countries: Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the UK and the US.
“As part of the new deals event, Amazon is introducing a Top 100 list of some of the season’s most popular and giftable items,” the company said on Monday.
“New deals from the list will drop throughout the event, offering deep savings across all top categories, including electronics, fashion, home, kitchen, pets, toys, and Amazon devices.”
Prime Gaming, which is included with an Amazon Prime subscription, offers members new PC titles to keep and exclusive in-game content each month.
July was a bumper month for Prime Gaming members, with over 30 games given away to coincide with Amazon Prime Day.
Amazon hasn’t confirmed if it has any special plans for gaming deals as part of its new Prime Early Access Sale.
September’s free PC games line-up for Amazon Prime Gaming members includes eight titles.
They are Assassin’s Creed Origins, Football Manager 2022, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, The Dig, Defend the Rook, We. The Revolution, Castle on the Coast, and Word of the Law: The Death Mask Collector’s Edition.
