Microsoft will stream an ‘Xbox Partner Preview’ event this week

Microsoft will live stream an ‘Xbox Partner Preview’ event this Wednesday, October 25, it’s announced.

The platform holder’s new show format will deliver 30 minutes of trailers and gameplay footage from third-party partners, with games coming to Xbox and Windows and some upcoming Game Pass titles.

“Expect to get a fresh look at content from partners including Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio (Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth), Remedy Entertainment (Alan Wake 2), Studio Wildcard (Ark: Survival Ascended), and Microbird Games (Dungeons of Hinterberg),” it said.

The event will be digitally broadcast on Wednesday, October 25, at 1pm ET / 6pm BST across Xbox-owned channels.

Microsoft notes that Xbox Partner Preview will not feature any additional news, game reveals, or Game Pass information related to its recent acquisition of Activision Blizzard King.

Microsoft’s gaming division recently kicked off its holiday season marketing campaign last week with a new live-action trailer titled ‘Wake Up and Dream’.

The trailer features a custom score by Son Lux, a BAFTA-nominated band, and Academy Award nominee for the musical score to the film Everything Everywhere All at Once.

Microsoft also ran an Xbox advertisement on Las Vegas’s new Sphere venue, filling the city skyline with its own spherical logo.
