Microsoft has launched an Xbox Series X Forza Horizon 5 bundle
It saves users $40 / £45 compared to buying the included products separately
Microsoft has launched an Xbox Series X Forza Horizon 5 bundle.
Priced at $559.99 / £489.99, it comes with an Xbox Series X console and Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition, which includes the base game, its Hot Wheels Expansion, VIP Pass, Car Pass, Welcome Pack and a second expansion when available.
The bundle will be available worldwide. It starts shipping to retailers in the US, Canada and select Asian markets this week, and to Europe, Latin America and more regions later this month.
Buying the Xbox Series X console ($499.99 / £449.99) and Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition ($99.99 / £84.99) separately from Microsoft would normally cost $599.98 / £534.98, so the bundle offers savings of $39.99 / £44.99.
Forza Horizon 5 released in November 2021 and enjoyed the biggest launch in Xbox history, attracting over 10 million players in its first week, according to Microsoft.
Like all first-party Microsoft games, the title is included with Xbox Game Pass, and it reached 20 million players in under seven months.
Last year was a quiet year for first-party Xbox games, but 2023 looks set to be far stronger for the platform holder.
Bethesda’s Redfall and Starfield are coming in the first half of 2023, with the former reportedly targeting a May release, and Forza Motorsport is also scheduled for release this spring.
