Microsoft has announced February’s Xbox Live Games with Gold titles

February 2022’s Xbox Live Games with Gold titles have been revealed.

On Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, subscribers will be able to download Broken Sword 5: The Serpent’s Curse (normally $24.99 / £19.99) for free throughout February.

Aerial Knight’s Never Yield (normally $11.99 / £9.99) will be available as a free download from February 16 to March 15.

Xbox 360 game Hydrophobia (normally $8.99 / £7.19) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members from February 1-15.

And from February 16 until the end of the month, Xbox 360 title Band of Bugs (normally $9.99 / £6.79) will be free to download.

Today’s announcement marks the first time in three months that the Xbox Live Games with Gold line-up hasn’t been leaked ahead of its official reveal.

As part of January’s Xbox Games with Gold line-up, members can download NeuroVoider and Space Invaders Infinity Gene for free until the end of this month, while Aground is available until February 15.

It was announced on Wednesday that Microsoft’s UK arm has committed to making a series of improvements to Xbox subscription auto-renewal practices.

The voluntary changes were agreed upon as part of an investigation by the Competition and Markets Authority to determine whether online gaming contracts offered by Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo are breaching consumer protection laws.
