NetEase’s free-to-play team shooter has started well
Marvel Rivals has reached 10 million players in its first three days, NetEase has confirmed.
The news was announced on the game’s official X account, where NetEase thanked players for reaching the 10 million milestone in just 72 hours.
Marvel Rivals is a free-to-play 6v6 team-based shooter which is played from a third-person perspective.
NetEase promises that all characters at launch and beyond will be free, with monetisation coming from Battle Passes and premium skins.
