Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga gameplay trailer confirms delay and next-gen release

Game covering all nine Star Wars movies now releasing in 2021

Warner Bros. Games has confirmed that the Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga release date has been delayed from this year to spring 2021.

Covering the events of all nine Star Wars movies, the game was announced for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch at E3 2019.

Publisher Warner announced on Thursday that the title will also be released for Xbox Series X and PS5.

Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is developed by TT Games in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.

It will let players control hundreds of characters and vehicles and begin the adventure in any of the nine episodes.

A Deluxe Edition of the game will include the base game and six DLC character packs inspired by The Mandalorian, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Star Wars: The Bad Batch and more.
