Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is officially coming to Xbox Game Pass
The blockbuster title will join Microsoft’s subscription service in December
Microsoft has announced plans to bring Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga to Xbox Game Pass.
Having teased the news earlier this week, the company confirmed on Thursday that the title will be available to download from December 6 for all Game Pass subscribers.
Other titles joining Xbox Game Pass in the first half of December include Eastward, High On Life, Hello Neighbor 2 and Hot Wheels Unleashed – Game of the Year Edition.
Covering the events of all nine Star Wars movies, The Skywalker Saga lets players control hundreds of characters and vehicles and begin the adventure in any of the nine episodes.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker released in April and smashed launch records for all previous Lego console games, according to publisher Warner Bros. Games.
It sold through some 3.2 million units globally in its first two weeks, and exceeded sales records across “across every platform, region, and edition” for Lego console games.
VGC’s Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga review called it “the very best Lego game, and frankly, one of the best Star Wars games that has ever been made”.
November’s Xbox Game Pass titles included Battlefield 2042, The Legend of Tianding, The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, The Walking Dead: Michonne, Ghost Song, Football Manager 2023, Football Manager 2023 Console, Return to Monkey Island, Vampire Survivors, Pentiment, Somerville, Dune: Spice Wars, Ghostlore, Lapin and Norco, Gungrave G.O.R.E., Insurgency: Sandstorm, Soccer Story and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.
