Sony is giving PS4 exclusive The Last of Us Part 2 a dedicated State of Play live stream on May 27.

Viewable on Twitch and YouTube, the broadcast will start at 1pm PT / 4pm ET / 9pm BST / 10pm CEST this Wednesday, May 27.

“Over the course of this nearly 25 minute episode, Neil Druckmann, Director of The Last of Us Part II, will provide an extensive look at the gameplay, threats, and world of the game,” said Sid Shuman, senior director of content communications at Sony Interactive Entertainment.

“To cap it all off, he’ll introduce a never-before-seen extended gameplay sequence to close out the show.”

Original story follows: Following two delays, The Last of Us Part 2 release date is now set for June 19.

Sony recently announced a limited edition Last of Us Part 2 PS4 Pro console and accessories.

It also released a Last of Us Part 2 story trailer earlier this month, and is midway through a four-part Last of Us Part 2 video series, with the first two episodes having focused on story and gameplay.
