Last of Us Part 1’s Firefly Edition is coming to Europe and pre-orders are live

Sony will release The Last of Us Part 1’s Firefly Edition in Europe next month.

Pre-orders for the £99.99 / €109.99 special edition are now open at PlayStation Direct ahead of the product’s release on January 26, 2023.

The Firefly Edition of the PS5 game has only previously been sold in the United States, where stock was quickly snapped up on the two occasions it was made available.

The Firefly Edition includes a limited edition SteelBook case and The Last of Us: American Dreams comics #1 – #4 with new cover art.

It also includes an early unlock of the following in-game items:

• Increased Crafting Speed Skill
• Increased Healing Speed Skill
• 9mm Reload Speed Increase Upgrade
• Rifle Clip Capacity Increase Upgrade
• Explosive Arrows Gameplay Modifier
• Dither Punk Filter
• Speedrun Mode
• Six Weapon Skins: Black Gold 9mm Pistol, Silver Filigree 9mm Pistol, Rubber Tactical Shotgun, Sculpted Oak Shotgun, Arctic White Bow, Carbon Black Bow

The $100 edition of the remake was made available for the second time in the US at 12am ET

Sony recently confirmed that the PC version of The Last of Us Part 1 will be released on March 3, 2023, via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The second trailer for the TV adaptation of The Last of Us was released earlier this month, ahead of its premiere on January 15 on HBO Max and a day later on Sky in the UK.
