Kojima Productions has revealed a new 10-minute trailer for Death Stranding 2

Kojima Productions and Sony have revealed the next trailer for Death Stranding 2.

The cinematic trailer also reveals the game’s full title, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.

Death Stranding 2 was announced in December 2022 with a reveal trailer at The Game Awards.

Sony published Death Stranding for PS4 in November 2019 and 505 released it for PC in July 2020. A Director’s Cut hit PS5 in 2021 and PC the following year.

The game has been played by 16 million people across all platforms, including subscription services like PlayStation Plus and PC Game Pass, according to Kojima Productions.

The company announced last month that it has teamed up with A24 to bring a live-action film adaptation of Death Stranding to the big screen.

“Embark on an inspiring mission of human connection beyond the UCA”, the trailer’s description reads.

“Sam – with companions by his side – sets out on a new journey to save humanity from extinction.

“Join them as they traverse a world beset by otherworldly enemies, obstacles and a haunting question: should we have connected?

“Step by step, legendary game creator Hideo Kojima changes the world once again.”
