June’s PS Plus games are Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Call of Duty: WWII
Cities Skylines and Farming Simulator 19 still free to download until June 1
Star Wars Battlefront 2 has been confirmed as June’s second PlayStation Plus game.
DICE’s action shooter title will be free to download for subscribers beginning on June 2.
It will join June’s other PS Plus game, Call of Duty: WWII, which was made available earlier than usual on Tuesday.
Both titles will be free for members until July 6.
May’s PlayStation Plus games, Cities Skylines and Farming Simulator 19, will remain free to download until June 1.
Sony said this month that PlayStation Plus has 41.5 million subscribers, up from 38.8 million reported in January.
DICE said in April that its vision for Star Wars Battlefront 2 is “complete” following the release of the game’s latest update, The Battle on Scarif.
It’s currently working on the final new content update for Battlefield 5, before switching its full attention to next year’s Battlefield 6.
Featuring discounts on a range of PlayStation products at participating retailers while stocks last, Sony’s annual Days of Play promotion is now live in Europe, Australia and New Zealand, ahead of its US and Canadian launch next month.
