June 2021’s Xbox Live Games with Gold titles have been revealed
The King’s Bird, Shadows: Awakening, NeoGeo Battle Coliseum and Injustice: Gods Among Us
Microsoft has announced June 2021’s Xbox Live Games with Gold titles.
On Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be able to download The King’s Bird (normally $19.99/£16.74) for free throughout June.
Shadows: Awakening (normally $29.99/£24.99) will be available as a free download from June 16 to July 15.
Xbox 360 game NeoGeo Battle Coliseum (normally $9.99/£6.79) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members from June 1-15.
And from June 16 until the end of the month, Injustice: Gods Among Us (normally $19.99/£24.99) will be free to download.
As part of May’s Games with Gold line-up, members can download Armello and Tropico 4 for free until the end of this month, while Dungeons 3 is available until June 15.
As of late April, an Xbox Live Gold subscription is no longer required to play free-to-play multiplayer games on Xbox consoles, or to access Looking for Group and party chat features.
Previously, Xbox Live Gold was required to play all Xbox games online, including over 50 free-to-play titles such as Warzone, Fortnite and Rocket League, which are available at no extra cost on rival platforms.
In January, Microsoft reversed plans to increase the price of a six-month Xbox Live Gold subscription by 50% to $60.
