July’s Xbox Game Pass titles for console and PC include Fallout 76
Plus Soulcalibur VI, Out of the Park Baseball 21 and CrossCode
Microsoft has revealed July’s first wave of titles coming to Xbox Game Pass for console and PC.
Soulcalibur VI (console) and Out of the Park Baseball 21 (PC) join the subscription service today, ahead of CrossCode (console) and Fallout 76 (console and PC) on July 9.
DLC updates include today’s launch of Minecraft Dungeons: Jungle Awakens, and the upcoming releases of Sea of Thieves: The Greatest Tales Never Told and State of Decay 2: Green Zone & The Plunder Pack.
The following games will leave Xbox Game Pass on July 15: Blazing Chrome (console and PC), Dead Rising 4 (console and PC), Metal Gear Solid V (console and PC), Timespinner (PC), Unavowed (PC), and Undertale (PC).
Titles added to Game Pass in June included No Man’s Sky, Bard’s Tale Remastered and Resnarkled, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 & 2.5 ReMix, Thronebreaker, Night Call, Observation, Streets of Rogue and The Messenger.
Microsoft recently announced record engagement figures for gaming services including Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live.
Game Pass subscribers topped 10 million and Xbox Live active users approached 90 million during the company’s third financial quarter ended in March 2020.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate combines Xbox Live Gold membership with Xbox Game Pass for console and PC.
July’s Xbox Live Games with Gold titles include WRC 8 FIA World Rally Championship, Dunk Lords, Saints Row 2 and Juju.
Mike Rose, founder of Descenders publisher No More Robots, said last week that sales of the game have tripled since it launched for Game Pass, backing up claims by Xbox boss Phil Spencer that Game Pass titles end up selling more units overall.
