January’s ‘free’ games with Amazon Prime Gaming have been revealed
Six PC titles have been added to the list of games Prime subscribers can claim at no extra charge
The latest batch of ‘free’ titles offered to Amazon Prime Gaming members has been released.
Prime Gaming, which is part of an Amazon Prime subscription, offers members new PC titles to keep and exclusive in-game content each month.
January’s 2023’s free games, which are now available to claim, are The Evil Within 2, Beat Cop, Lawn Mowing Simulator, Chicken Police – Paint it Red, Faraway 2: Jungle Escape, and Breathedge.
Amazon is also currently offering Prime members the chance to claim 10 more games, including Dishonored 2, at no additional charge as part of a holiday promotion.
The Epic Games Store is currently giving away Dishonored – Definitive Edition and Eximius: Seize the Frontline completely free until January 5 at 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm GMT.
They will then be replaced by Kerbal Space Program and Shadow Tactics – Aiko’s Choice, which will be available to claim free of charge until January 12.
According to Amazon, in 2021 Prime Gaming offered members over 100 free games and more than 675 in-game content offers.
Josh Dodson, head of business development and operations at Prime Gaming, told VentureBeat this content made up over $21,600 in value per Prime member.
Amazon said Prime members claimed over 80 million free games and over 420 million offers in 2021.
