Inside Xbox live stream: watch ‘huge updates’ here

Microsoft is hosting an Inside Xbox live stream event on Tuesday which promises “huge updates” on several subjects.

It’s set to include new details about upcoming game streaming service Project xCloud, the latest information on X019, “the annual global celebration of all things Xbox” taking place in London from November 14-16, plus Game Pass news and a preview of The Outer Worlds.

The broadcast will begin at 11pm BST/6pm ET/3pm PT and be streamed across various online platforms including YouTube and Mixer. You can watch it live via the streams embedded on this page.

Microsoft says: “We’ve got a look at the upcoming single-player sci-fi RPG The Outer Worlds, the latest on Project xCloud, an exclusive interview with Jon Bernthal on Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, the scoop on tickets for X019, coming to London on November 14, and you’re hearing it here first – Grapeshot Games’ Atlas is coming to Xbox and we’ll tell you everything you need to know!

“The episode will also feature DayZ, Hitman 2, Afterparty, Code Vein, Felix the Reaper, Children of Morta, the next round of Xbox Game Pass titles and more.”

Microsoft plans to launch a preview version of its Project xCloud game streaming service in October.

It will “open the world of Xbox to those who may not otherwise own traditional, dedicated gaming hardware”, Kareem Choudhry, CVP of gaming cloud at Microsoft, said of the platform in March.

A Microsoft patent application uncovered in July suggests the company may be developing Xbox controllers designed to support mobile gaming.
