Gotham Knights has been rated by ESRB for Nintendo Switch

Gotham Knights has been rated for Nintendo Switch, suggesting an announcement could be imminent.

The game, which was released originally for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles last year, could be headed to the Nintendo system following a rating from the ESRB, the rating board that covers North America.

Gotham Knights was met with a mixed reaction from players, partly due to performance issues which saw the console’s versions locked to 30FPS.

This rating comes close to claims that a Nintendo Direct presentation is due soon. This comes from Twitter user Pyoro, who has a strong recent track record when it comes to Nintendo leaks, including outing Super Mario Bros. Wonder ahead of its official announcement.

Batman: Arkham Trilogy will be released for Switch on October 13. The collection, which was also revealed early via a rating board, contains Rocksteady’s celebrated Batman games Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, and Arkham Knight. The collection will omit Batman Arkham Origins.

Bundled with all previously released DLC, it will mark the first time the series has appeared on Switch.

The trilogy is being developed for Nintendo’s console by Turn Me Up Games, which previously handled Switch versions of It Takes Two, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, and Borderlands Legendary Collection.
