GOG’s Autumn Sale has added its final free game
Requiem: Avenging Angel is available to claim until September 11
GOG’s Autumn Sale has been updated with its fourth and final free game.
Requiem: Avenging Angel is now free to download until September 11 at 1pm UTC.
To claim the game, players must opt in to receive GOG marketing emails.
Developer by Cyclone Studios and published by Ziggurat Interactive, Requiem: Avenging Angel is a 3D, first-person action game originally released in 1999.
“A holy war rages on Earth between Heaven’s Chosen Soldiers and Hell’s Fallen Angels,” reads GOG’s product description. “You are Malachi, a Chosen Angel, sent to Earth to save Creation from the wrath of the Fallen.
“Blast your way through an immersive futuristic 3D world developing Angelic powers like possession, blood boil, locust swarms, and the ability to turn your enemies to pillars of salt. Without you, mankind doesn’t have a prayer.”
By way of comparison, Requiem: Avenging Angel currently costs $9.99 / £6.99 on Steam.
Titles previously given away during GOG’s Autumn Sale, which is running until September 11, include Hero of the Kingdom II, King’s Bounty and Ghost Master.
Spelldrifter is free to claim from the Epic Games Store until September 14, and 911 Operator will be free from September 14-21.
September’s ‘free’ games for Prime Gaming members include Football Manager 2023 and Dexter Stardust: Adventures in Outer Space.
