God of War Ragnarök will reportedly be announced for PC soon.
That’s according to ever reliable dataminer billbil-kun, who anticipates a PC release for the game to be confirmed this month.
Sony is reportedly planning to hold a PlayStation product showcase in May, which could feature Silent Hill 2, among other titles.
God of War Ragnarök was released for PS4 and PS5 in November 2022.
Sony claimed 5.1 million copies of the game were sold in its debut week and 11 million copies were sold in its first 10 weeks, “making it the fastest selling first-party title ever”.
As of November 2023, God of War Ragnarök had sold over 15 million units, according to the platform holder.
VGC’s God of War Ragnarök review labelled the multi-award-winning title one of the best PlayStation games ever.
“It’s vital in a way few releases are,” we said. “With captivating performances that carry an amazing story to a jaw-dropping final act, it’s a game that achieves everything it sets out to do to the absolute highest standard.”
A free DLC expansion, God of War Ragnarök: Valhalla, was released last December.
Serving as an epilogue to the main game, it’s billed as a “replayable adventure that blends the beloved combat from God of War Ragnarök with brand new elements inspired by the roguelite genre”.
