Frontier premieres Jurassic World Evolution 2 at Summer Game Fest
Strategy sequel will release later this year
Frontier has announced Jurassic World Evolution 2 for release on consoles and PC later this year.
A trailer for the strategy sequel premiered during Summer Game Fest Kickoff Live on Thursday, where movie actor Jeff Goldblum made an appearance.
According to its developer, Jurassic World Evolution 2 builds upon the 2018 game with a new narrative campaign voiced by cast members from across the Jurassic World film franchise, including Dr. Ian Malcolm (voiced by Jeff Goldblum) and Claire Dearing (voiced by Bryce Dallas Howard), plus four game modes, and an enhanced and expanded roster of dinosaurs.
Players will build their parks beyond the confines of the Muertes Archipelago, with each location bringing new terrain and challenges for players to contend with. Across the new biomes, players will contain, conserve, and care for more than 75 prehistoric species, including new flying and marine reptiles.
